Bacon, Blue Cheese and Spiced Honey Bison Burger
Out of all the recipes out there, I feel that burgers officially have the most amount of variations. I can honestly day, despite how much I may try, that I. have still never made the same burger twice. This one, however, is the one that I most certainly try to replicate every time I crave a burger. The combo of spicy honey and the richness of the blue cheese butter brings out the wonderful flavor profile of the bison meat. I warn you, this burger is addicting so do not hold us liable!
