Bison Steak Thai Salad
Sometimes I just really crave a salad - well to be honest, I really crave salads a lot, some people tell me I eat like a rabbit. My mother would finally be proud of all of the veggies I eat in my adulthood. (sorry mom for giving you so much grief as a kid). Considering the health benefits that bison has, it makes sense that bison lovers may also be salad lovers! And to the none salad lovers, you absolutely need to try this because you will be amazed by the flavors this salad packs and how "un-salady" this salad actually is.
