Fajita Strips come from a variety of larger cuts including the sirloin and rounds. These come pre-cut to make your life easier! And don't let the name fool you, these are excellent for stir-fry as well. Marinate for added flavor or cook as is, but we recommend cooking these to a medium to keep a nice tender bite.
