Custom Half or Whole Bison – Ranch-Raised & Hand-Cut to Your Preference

What You’ll Get

  • Half Bison: Yields approximately 175-215 lbs of individually packed, take-home ready bison cuts, with your customized mix of steaks, roasts, and trim.
  • Whole Bison: Yields approximately 390-430 lbs of individually packed, take-home ready bison cuts, with your customized mix of steaks, roasts, trim, offals and more.
  • You will be picking up your bison meat directly from the processor located in Sayre, OK.
  • All meat will be frozen and packaged for pickup in boxes or bags based on customer request.

Pricing

  • Half Bison: $6.85 / pound on the hanging weight plus harvest fees and processing fees which start at $1.15 / pound on the hanging weight, please note that processing fees are dictated directly from the processor and may change without notice.
  • Whole Bison: $5.85 / pound on the hanging weight plus harvest fees and processing fees which start at $1.15 / pound on the hanging weight, please note that processing fees are dictated directly from the processor and may change without notice.

Interested?  What’s the Next Step?

  • Make a deposit: The deposit will place an animal on hold for you and is applied towards your total, we view it as the deposit to by the animal.
  • Schedule a harvest date: We will reach out to you to schedule a date that works best for you, please note that dates will start at a minimum of a month out.  *We are only scheduling 2026 dates at this point in time.
  • Cut sheet: You will receive your cut sheet and instructions for filling it out, we are here for questions throughout the process to assist you with getting your ideal cuts.  The cut sheet will be due a minimum of 48 hours before your harvest date so that we can confirm cuts with the processor.
  • Harvest date: Your 2nd payment will be invoiced to you as soon as we receive the animal hanging weights, this invoice will be your remaining buyout (deposit applied) for the animal.  This payment is due immediately as it is required before your butchering day which will be approximately 7 days after your harvest day.  If your second payment is not received by butchering day, your order will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Pickup: You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup, approximately 9-12 days after your harvest date.  Your final payment will be made directly at the processor at pickup.  This payment will include any harvest fees and processing fess as noted directly on the cut sheet.
