The Short Ribs are a meatier and more flavorful version than the back ribs and are perfect for a BBQ or braise. Short Ribs are incredibly versatile and can work in a variety of dishes and flavorings ranging from BBQ to Asian. Short ribs come in 3 to 4 bone racks. To make these fall off the bone tender, we recommend slow cooking, in liquid for 8-10 hours on low or high 6-8 hours. Braising, smoking and pressure cookers are great too, the name of the game is liquid, low heat and slow time!
