The Chuck Roast is a classic roast cut used for a variety of slow cooking recipes like the traditional pot roast. Slow roasting the chuck turns it into an incredibly tender, fall off the bone cut of meat that you can use as a cozy roast in the winter and shredded for tacos in the summer! These roasts are boneless, however we offer Bone-In Chuck Roasts as well.
